When the developer if you see a brochure on material choices in front of you, it may be useful to send it to an interior designer. When building a new home, all materials should be chosen at once. If you want to spend your time on something else, you can also outsource the selection of materials, practicality and the character of your home at this stage. It was at this stage, when the house was still being built, that I helped with the choices.

Like the interior design at this stage too, the tenant is interviewed and asked about their wishes and preferences in order to create a uniquely suitable home.

Cooperation continued after the dwelling has been built, with furniture suggestions. Only some of the furniture from the previous home would fit in the new one, so they needed to come up with exact suggestions for the new home.
