New furniture and colouring for your new home

The family was in the process of acquiring new home, and were excited about their new choice, but needed some interior design tips. The family felt that the new home was a bit impersonal and colourless, too white. When they moved into this new one, they wanted more atmosphere and colour. Black, brown and green were mentioned as their favourite colours. Grey, oak and pink were also mentioned as nice colours for the interior.

Living room space had to make room for a workstation. However, it had to be a little hidden, for example with a screen. The sofa could be a sofa bed for guests. The existing black divan was to be kept. Otherwise all the furniture would have to be new.

Living room design The starting point was a beautiful Muoto2 Hide chapstick lamp that the client found and placed in a suitable position.

The interior could be cosy, comfortable, a bit stylish, and not wanting too much stuff to be on display.
My view of the whole was as follows:

Future colour scheme

A stunningly stunning wallpaper for the main wall, which will also match the paint on the adjacent wall.

Furniture plan

BEFORE AND AFTER. A work desk, a chest of drawers and a TV on a new TV level were added to the main wall.

BEFORE AND AFTER. The Sermi gave us peace to get down to business.

Furniture plan

BEFORE AND AFTER. Cozy up with wall paint, textiles, lighting and furniture.

BEFORE AND AFTER. The sofa makes a double bed.

Detail. Under the coffee table is a handy leather space for magazines or a remote control, for example.

BEFORE AND AFTER. Every inch of the hallway was put to good use. An extra shoe box was slid into the side of the wardrobes, as there can't be too much storage space for shoes!

The residents loved the choices and are very happy with their new home!
