White oval the table top, with its beautiful metal legs and the black chairs gathered around it in a stylistically elegant way. I was quite pleased with the restoration of the massive veneer table (Link), the job was a lot of work, the end result was good, but the final positive "bundle" followed.

Job satisfaction only really comes when you see your handprint living in its real environment, in other people's homes! And it's the combination of views where the other person has chosen the table legs, the chairs and the environment in which the table surface I've worked on will eventually reside. As if the end result is more than the sum of its parts. Grateful for the invitation, I got to see the end result in its real home.
