In the kitchen there was water damage could have occurred. The laminate floor had spilled water and you could already see the bubble in the laminate and the damage had to be repaired. As the laminate flooring ran continuously and without thresholds through the kitchen, living room and hallway, there were a few options on how to solve the problem. Either to replace the flooring material everywhere or to replace only the kitchen area and match the material to the surrounding laminate.

At first I thought suggest replacing the entire floor but, suit you got all new. But since the laminate in question is (of course!) no longer in production, the new floor and the laminate in the bedrooms would have to be matched somehow. So the flooring material in the kitchen area would have to be replaced by tile! So instead of replacing the whole floor, the tiles were used to delimit the kitchen area and the colour of the tiles was chosen to match the surrounding laminate. This was the plan going forward. And given the scale of the renovation, this is definitely a more pleasant option for the occupant.

My views on change concentrated in this way: "A maritime dream, where the warmth of the tonal world, black effects and quality materials create a stunningly unique pearl of an outfit." I had designed the look of the living room and bedrooms a few years earlier, and we kept in mind the desire for a stylish beach house vibe that was born back then.
