Embrace of Intuition Retreat

A holistic experience to unlock your intuition through abstract painting.

A meditative intuitive abstract painting mini-retreat that encourages everyone to discover their own inner self. their way of expressing themselves and help them to get in touch with the freedom and joy of creation. We strive to find confidence in ourselves, our own skills, the wisdom that comes from within and the freedom to express our inner world through painting. During the painting process we hear sound healing style healing frequencies, the sounds of the forest and concentration immersive music.

For you, who need a break from everyday life, want to paint but can't find the time, space or peace, want to explore your own creativity, feel blocked in some area of your life, want to experience the freedom of creation or want to experience the thrill of your own creativity together with other like-minded people in a gentle and accepting atmosphere. No previous experience of painting is necessary and you do not need to bring any supplies.

Workshop offers:
- a moment of relaxation that restores the body and opens to intuition
- artist Sirpa Levonperä shares her knowledge of the magic of making with your hands, intuition and introduces you to the world of abstract painting

- the innovative soundscape of Martta Jemina's 8D meditations deepening concentration in the background
- all the senses are pampered, including the smell of the forest to relax the body
- we enjoy nutritious vegetarian food
• saunomme ja puhdistaudumme lopuksi meren rantaan 1800-luvulla rakennetussa legendaarisessa saunassa. Uimaan pääsee pulahtamaan laiturilta. Saunomiseen on varattu ihania metsähenkisiä hyvinvointituotteita.
