I want to share the magic of making with my hands<\/strong> and the joy it brings. My hope is to reconnect people with themselves and enable them to experience satisfaction. This is possible to experience Intuition embraced<\/em> -retreat evening. We will focus on holistically opening your intuition through abstract painting.

To start, you can participate in an eft-tapping session with a holistic coach Pirjo Heinonen<\/strong> with. The exercise brings participants back to their bodies and opens them to intuition. During the evening we will paint an abstract (non-presentational) painting. We will use techniques that help us to let go of the pictorial rules we have been taught.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be a meditative one,<\/strong> an intuitive abstract painting workshop that encourages everyone to discover their own inner<\/em> their way of expressing themselves and help them to get in touch with the freedom and joy of creation. We strive to find confidence in ourselves, our own skills, the wisdom that comes from within and the freedom to express our inner world through painting. During the painting process we hear sound healing style healing frequencies, the sounds of the forest and concentration<\/em> immersive music.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop is especially for you,<\/strong> who need a break from everyday life, want to paint but can't find the time, space or peace, want to explore your own creativity, feel blocked in some area of your life, want to experience the freedom of creation or want to experience the thrill of your own creativity together with other women in a gentle and accepting atmosphere. No previous experience of painting is required and you do not need to bring any supplies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop offers:<\/strong>
- EFT-Tapping by Pirjo Heinonen<\/strong> - brings us back to the body and opens our intuition (EFT = Emotional Freedom Techniques, a method of gently tapping meridian points on the body with fingertips)
- superunique Sirpa Levonper\u00e4<\/strong> share their knowledge of the magic of making with your hands, intuition and introduce you to the world of abstract painting
- we paint an abstract painting on canvas (30x40cm)
- background Martha Yeminan<\/strong> 8D Meditations\u2122<\/em> an innovative soundscape that deepens concentration
- all the senses are pampered, including the smell of the forest to relax the body
- enjoy a nutritious snack, designed by Hima&Sali<\/strong> for a workshop
- we take a sauna and finally clean ourselves in a log sauna On the 8th floor of the cable factory<\/strong> and chill out on the incredible terrace above the rooftops of Helsinki. Luxurious, cozy and comfortable rooms are reserved for sauna bathing. ForestSkogen<\/strong> wellness products

Date:<\/strong> next one in autumn 2024, reserve at least 18-21 pm for the retreat evening (you can stay in the sauna until 23 pm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What to include:<\/strong>
- Take clothes that don't mind getting hit by paint.
- A towel and, if you wish, a pair of swimming trunks if you want to chill out on the roof terrace. (You can also rent a towel from the Hima&Sali restaurant on the first floor, 4\u20ac\/towel.) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
